Alright ladies, listen up.

We’ve worked out how to change the world. Sounds ambitious, right? But we reckon it can be done.

The Thinkergirls Stacey and Kristie spoke to inspiring 23-year-old, Lauren Stanley on Monday who has just returned from the UN Commission on the Status of Women.

The event brings together representatives from the UN and Non-Government Organisations the world over.

When we asked her what  we can do to change the world, she didn’t hesitate: become part of the collective.

“Become part of a collective and join like minded people and the collective voice is where change happens,” Lauren said.

She also spoke about being a modern feminist.

“Be inclusive in your feminism. If it it’s not inclusive, it’s not feminism,” she said.

“Listen to everyone, don’t take everything at face value.”

Finally she said research the CRAP out of everything.

“Learn as much as you can.”

Bring. On. The. Change.
