After a big night of drinking RED BULL, Kristie woke up with the most heinous hangover.

So what caused this “bull-coma” and why on earth did she feel so crappy??

While energy drinks can help you feel more awake and alert, the fact is, they are high in sugar and highly caffeinated.

Kate Gudorf, an accredited practising dietitian and spokesperson for the Dietitians Association of Australia, spoke to Huffpost Australia about energy drinks.
